Marinate chickpeas, tofu or cauliflower. Make the sauce with coconut cream and tomato paste. Simmer together to create this stunning vegan dish.

King brown mushrooms braised in Spicecraft biryani spices, then slow cooked with Jasmine rice and topped w raita.
Yulli's Rogan Josh Naan Wrap

Rogan Josh spices come from Kashmir in the mountainous North of India. 'Rogan' means oil and 'Josh' means passion, referring to the red colour and bold spices in this dish.
Kidney beans are cooked in spice like fennel seeds, kashmiri chillis and ginger to give this dish it's distinct warming flavour.
Yulli's Tofu coconut curry
This fragrant curry comes from the beaches of coastal India. The kit includes a beautiful marinade for your tofu and greens, and a mild but very flavoursome spice blend for the cocnut sauce. The tangy tamarind powder is the perfect balance for the nutty coconut milk.
Yulli's Mango Lassi Ice cream
This lush dessert combines fragrant rose petals and cardamom with tropical mango and coconut cream. Chef Tuan's addition of palm seeds takes it to the next level.
