Cooking Tips

Make the most of your kits

  1. Serve hot Butter Chicken with Basmati rice or freshly made Spicecraft Naans.
  2. Prefer it less spicy? Add an extra dollop of cream.
  3. Leftovers taste even better the next day or you could make Butter Chicken pies or pizza.
  4. You can make the sauce in a Thermomix, just reduce water to 0.5 cups
  5. If the sauce looks a bit runny, cook uncovered for another 10-15 mins after adding the cooked chicken. You want thick a saucy consistency. For best results, use light thickened cream; the fat in full cream will dull the flavour of spices.
